CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness

CrossFit is a highly intense, highly randomized program that utilizes complex movements through full ranges of motion. For this reason we require that you sign up for the personal training sessions that will allow you to familiarize yourself with the concepts and movements associated with CrossFit.
In any case, it must be understood that CrossFit workouts are extremely demanding and will tax the capacities of even the world's best athletes. Our coaches will ensure that you carefully and cautiously work towards completing each personal training session consistently and in a manner that complies with your current fitness level before allowing you to enter group classes. We will counsel you during this time and through the early part of your membership to establish mastery of mechanics and consistency with the workouts before encouraging you to maximize intensity.
There are 4 required one-on-one personal training sessions. Each session focuses on the teaching of different movements and continues to become more complex than the previous. It is our intention to allow you the best opportunity to succeed by giving you personal attention when teaching each movement until you are comfortable and confident.
Our number one goal is to get you into group classes. This is the product we are selling and the reason you will come back. Should you need/want additional personal training, it is available to you upon request.
We truly believe in this program and the results it can bring about in each and every individual that is not afraid of hard work. If you are willing to commit, learn, and have fun, we promise to give you the help you need (you will never be on your own), teach you how to correctly perform each movement, and challenge you in ways you have never been challenged before.
