5 sets Stiff Leg Windmill x 5 each side Hinge Row x 5 then Complete all 8 Rounds with 85% effort 4 Rounds Row 350m ( work at 85%) Recovery Row 150m Water Rest :60 after all 4 rounds then start into the next 4 rounds. 4 Rounds Row 250m (work at 85%) Recovery Row 150m then 3 Sets Arch Body Hold x :60 Oblique Stretch x :30 each Fall Pre-Teen/ Teen Program (9-15) Monday and  Wednesday at 4:30pm. Come try a class ! This group is awesome.  The group was working on strengthening their back muscles so they can be the best they can be for life doing Arch Body Holds at the end of class.
