Doing the Triplet is a fun but a tough challenge so make the time to practice over the next few weeks😎 Sunday we did a mini practice run through -400m swim ( very windy so there was waves which made it challenging ) Biked to Bluewater Rd. ans did 5 x 500m Bike Sprints and ran 1-mile.
