3 sets Deck Squats x 10 reps Natural Leg Extension x 5 reps 3 sets Partner Natural Glute and Ham Raise x 5 reps Static Single Leg x :30 Then 4 Rounds for times of: Run 400m Rocking Single Leg Squat x 10 reps Devil Press x 10 reps Push Press x 10 reps Rest :90 then 3 sets of: Hollow Rocks x 30 reps Arch Body Hold x 10 reps of (A-T-Y=1 rep) Focus and Pointed Toes!
