Sorry about the parking situation today. Maskwa is having an event so you will need to give yourself plenty of time to find a spot to park. 3 Sets Ground Rows x 15 reps Shoulder Dislocates x 5 reps Lat stretch x :15 each side then 3 Sets 1/2 L-Sit Single Leg Extension x 10 reps Bench Pike Squat x 10 reps then AMRAP-15 minutes 20 Air Squats 15 Push-Ups 10 Box Jump-Overs 5 minute Play with Frog Stand
