15 minutes - Handstand Play 3 sets of: Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 10 reps Cossack Squats x 10 reps (all 10 on the right then go to the left) Prone Plank x :60 Then For time: 500m Row 50 Air Squats 400m Run 40 Air Squats 500m Row 30 Air Squats 400m Run 20 Air Squats 500m Row 10 Air Squats 400m Run I had a great trip in London but I am happy to be home! I loved meeting so many people around the world who do what I do everyday. My Level One GymnasticBodies Seminar was just what I was hoping. I met many role models and new friends to learn from. Thank you Haley and Gavin for running the gym while I was away.
