3 Sets Torso Rotation on the wall x 10 reps Elbow Side Plank Twist x 10 reps 4 Sets Suitcase Deadlift right side x 6 reps + Suitcase Farmer Walk 50m (Do not put the KB or DB down until you finish the Farmer Walk then repeat with the left side) Push ups x 15 reps Then 3 Rounds for time: Run 400m Wall Balls x 20 reps Bike x 20 calories
