All the Mountain Climbers count towards your teams steps! Remeber this week if each teammate gets 1000 steps you win and extra 1000 steps. This Sunday meet for 10am at Duncan's Coves. All welcome.
3 sets  Seesaw Press x 20 reps Mountain Climbers x 50 reps Bulgarian Split Lunge 20 reps each Mountain Climbers x 50 reps Nose to Wall Handstand Hold x :60 Mountain Climbers x 50 reps then 4 sets Complete max reps of push press against a 2-minute running clock, with 2 minutes of rest between sets: Run 200m Push Press
