Our hike is at 10am this morning! I hope you can all make it out this morning with your teammates to get those Km.
4 sets Side Arch Body Hold :30 Bent Hurdler Hold :10s Then Run 800m followed by... 5 Rounds 10 reps Right side Single arm OH Walking Lunge 10 reps Left side Single arm Oh Walking Lunge 10 reps Single arm Push Press 10 reps Sinlge arm Push Press 40 Double Unders then Followed by 800m Run
