3 sets of: Bench Press x 6-8 reps Static Prone Retraction x :30 Hollow Hold x :60 10 Hawaiian Squats Then AMRAP 25 minutes 5 Elevated Rows 10 Push ups 15 Air Squats 20 Double Unders Come try your first Mom and bring your baby class for free. This is a great socialization for both you and your babies! Once you do the hard part which is get yourself through the doors, I take care of the rest!
