Dirty Thirty 30 Walking Lunges 30 Calories on Bike 30 Burpees 30 Wall Balls 30 Push-ups 30 Superman Squats 30 Thrusters 30 Ring Rows 30 Double Unders 30 Walking Lunges 3 sets 5 Jefferson Curls 1/2 L-sit Double Leg Extension x 5 reps There is no class on Easter Sunday but our first hike at 10am is still on. Tomorrow is our 1st day of our challenge. Dress warm and come prepared! This 5km hike takes 1.5 hours at a fast pace and is tough. Have a good breakfast and come ready to work off the Easter Chocolate!
