If you have not yet read and responded to the email please do so I know if you want to participating and I can make the teams . 3 sets Jefferson Curl x 5 reps Pike Lifts+Pulses x 10 reps each Prone Side Chest Reps x 10 reps 3 sets 1/2 L-sit x :60 Cossack Squats x 10/10 reps Then Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets): Front Squat x 5 rep Build over the course of the six sets to today’s “heavy” Front Squat. Then Every 2 minutes, for 24 minutews (12 Sets) Row 300m /250m
